At Merl C Solutions we offer the following IT Support Services:

Daily Support Plan:

This is a Support plan for Clients who want to call ONLY when the need arises. This plan is limited as some works that may require more than a day to be completed will require another plan.

 

Weekly Support Plan:

This Support plan is suitable for Clients whose business or company does not have a lot of devices. This plan is limited to 2 visits in a week and limited to 4 hours.

 

Monthly Support Plan:

This is the idea Support plan for business or Company who want their IT Structure to be readily Secure, Updated and maintained.

 

Online Support Plan:

This is a Support plan which is done Online though guides but if the issue cannot be sorted online, Merl J will have to be On-Site. This plan will not be chargeable to existing clients who are already on any plan with us.
